Key Responsibilities
- Support analysis of business and technical requirements.
- Prepare technical requirements, system designs and documentation.
- Assist with application development, testing and troubleshooting.
- Support software installation, deployment and production implementation.
- Assist with maintaining production solutions according to SLAs.
- Work with technical teams and clients during implementation.
- Support continuous improvement of development and deployment processes.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of application design and platform engineering.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software deployment.
- Knowledge of automation tools and source code repositories.
- Basic programming/development knowledge.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and across multiple geographies.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field.
- DevOps, Agile or cloud certifications are preferred.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure or GCP is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Bash, Python or Ruby is preferred.
