Key Responsibilities
- Support AV events, video conferencing, Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings.
- Plan and coordinate AV setups for meetings and events.
- Set up, operate and troubleshoot AV equipment.
- Monitor the health and performance of AV devices.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide L1/L2 troubleshooting for virtual-event platforms.
- Maintain high-quality event delivery and technical support.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of AV equipment, cameras, microphones, audio mixers and streaming platforms.
- Experience with Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
