Key Responsibilities
- Offer technical assistance via email, phone, and chat.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware or network issues, as well as application problems.
- Find out the technical causes and propose appropriate solutions.
- Answer customer questions and ensure the quality of service.
- Note and update incidents on ticketing systems.
- Speak to complex issues with the right teams.
- Make sure to document all the issues and their resolutions.
- Reach SLA Quality, Productivity, as well as SLA goals.
Skills Required
Candidates should be able to communicate well writing and verbal communication and analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities. Basic understanding regarding Windows OS, networking TCP/IP DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN hardware, as well as software troubleshooting is beneficial.
Candidates must also be able to work in groups and can handle shifts in rotation when needed.
