What You’ll Learn & Do
The candidate who is selected will be given hands-on experience with the complete cycle of hiring, including:
- Assisting with all aspects of recruitment
- Securing and screening candidates on various platforms
- Interviewing candidates and hiring managers
- Maintaining databases of candidates and recruiting trackers
- Assisting with engagement of candidates and follow-ups
- Facilitating onboarding activities as well as other HR processes
- Practical training in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition procedures
